The European Ombudsman investigates complaints concerning maladministration by Institutions and bodies of the European Union such as the European Commission or Parliament for example. The matter that you raise is therefore unfortunately outside the competence of the Ombudsman.

Не, че съм особено грамотен с английския, ама не се и стараех особенно.

I`m citizen of Bulgaria, but not proud one!
20 years young student thats me, living in country of nonsenses, country of the hard life, country of poverty...
Everyone is for himself, no one cares about no one. Well the are right, if no one cares about them, why they will?
Lots of friends, just run away from this madness and other will in first chance. Our parents are scared from the communism terror so they don`t want to change something...
Come see our roads they are so terrible, but the government takes so much money from the people... Where they go?
Don`t answer me i know, my teacher know too, the government is one big circus, made to blame the nation and EU. They just say something, promise and turn away and do their dirty jobs, well they have to work hard for the private planes, luxury life, etc...
I know you don`t believe me, but this is the truth and we wont do score soon like Romania, because they did take out the communists in the past and made democracy. In Bulgaria communist made democracy and hide, but they still rule. If EU don`t take control of our country or if our people don`t make take-over we will be the last hole in EU.
Excuse me for the language but i`m little bit neural, was close to crash cause of crater on the road...

Пишете може някой да ни обърне внимание, но не знам. Те европейците (англоговорящите най-вече) навсякъде си бутат съжалението дори ако ти правят сянка. Тва е като приказката за неволята, няма кой да ни помогне, ако не се стегнем ние.

Е какво да ти каже човека, ела ще живееш при мен, като там е толкова гадно
Трябва да се засегнат еврофондовете, отговорните лица на БГ пред EU, да се разкрият измамите с ширините на пътищата които се строят и така нататък, в смисъл ///M3-E36 ти ме попита дали съм готов, това изисква малко повече време и не би следвало да е 2-3 листа. Искам да е максимално изчерпателно, ще го напиша на БГ, а след това ще се даде за професионален превод и тн.
Без да се обиждаш acer, но това си е детско писмо (по техните стандарти), което изобщо и не е стигнало до омбудсмана

Къде живееш бе, бевърли хилс? Аз съм си свикнал с наща обстановка и друга не бих понесъл.
Знам, че е детско писмото, драснах го за 2мин изобщо и не очаквах да ми отговорят, някоя секретарка е copy/paste.
Ми, щом ти се занимава, радвам се, напиши едно хубаво писмо, посочи някои корумпирани, ако знаеш такива, може би ще стане някво чудо и някой ще дойде да ги разследва.
