Никога не е било 75% за да падне на 20%. Повече от 2/3 от самолетното гориво, което се използва в ЕС се произвежда в Европа 
10-15% от вноса на петрол в ЕС преди войната беше от страните в залива.
В случая проблемът е, че си се подвел какво пише в статията... явно английският му е малко чужд на този.
