Това звучи грозно за строителите. Как седи въпросът с принудителното събиране на парите ако се стигне до там според тези договори?

Кандидат-купувачите са на опашка, така че строителите ги боли фара дали тия взели на зелено ще могат да платят остатъка накрая. Веднага развалят договора и продават на следващия.

То е обикновен предварителен договор, ако някой се откаже - губи/връща капарото.
И друго нещо - строителите си оставят апартаменти извън продажба. Например, в една сграда с 50 апартамента, 20 са 'продадени' на тази схема 20/87, 20 са продадени на нормална схема на изплащане и останалите 10 не се продават.
